Hey all,
Not sure if this is the right forum for this question - if not, let me
know and I'll repost somewhere else.
As an RIA consultant, I do most of my work in OpenLaszlo. However, I'm
not ignorant to the fact that there are other alternatives out there. I
love recommending Laszlo for projects, but I worry that it isn't taking
off as fast as it could. Out of curiosity, can someone provide some
insight on the adoption rate of OpenLaszlo? Specifically, I'd like to
know some historical figures as well as the current adoption level,
especially with regard to competing technologies (plain AJAX, Flex, etc)
I think Laszlo is amazing, but I wonder why it's not being used more
frequently in the RIA space. Any ideas on why this might be the case?
Thanks so much for your thoughts! :)
