Mauro,

Based on your preferences I assume you want to quickly build some sort of app and move on. Then I would suggest ready made tools from Adobe geared only for flash platform.
That way you'll come up with something flashy fast.

I would say it takes a few months to learn to code with laszlo properly for an experienced developer.
And I am not talking about hacking the internals.
My first impression with laszlo's documentation was that it was MORE than I was customed to with open source software.

For control and long term relationship choose laszlo.
The community is very helpful (although there are not many people answering your questions (Withington, Minsky...) but then again how many do you need?)
The platform I must say is still all over the place (well, I am a pedant)
But most of the problems I have had were due to lack of my own understanding.

Long term control = laszlo
Quick and flashy = flex (although truth be told I have never really used flex, but after two beers I felt like writing an email :-)

However the most lasting and rewarding benefits you'll get by investing your energies into perfecting your english grammar ;-)

It is a smaller community, but if you write to the list, you will usually
get a response. :)

My doubt is if spend my energies in learning flex or openlaszlo.
I usually develop with ruby on rails and grails.
