There is less urgency here, but I think we all agree that the `repeat` attribute and the `onrepeat` event are overloaded and confusing. Proposed replacements are:
`repeat` is replaced by `repetitions`, `iterations`, or `cycles` `onrepeat` is left alone or replaced by `oncycle` Your comments solicited.
