Hi!

I have written a new small report about the bugs (and ex-bugs)
I've found with 98.1p5. Next, I include an extract. Should you want
more details, have a look at the whole document (report.98.1p5.tex) in
http://www.gsyc.inf.uc3m.es/~jgb/latex2html-reports/
(where the HTML version of the document is also available).

                Jesus.

PS: The extract:

Problemas fixed in previous versions

Fixed in (or before) 98.1p3:

. It no longer builds images for the ``regular'' itemize markers (it
built them in previous versions, although they weren't used at
     all).

Fixed in (or before) 98.1p5:

     . When I compile as ``jgb'', it says I am ``daemon''.
After a center environment, everithing is shown as centered (see
     appendix C).

Problems not fixed in this version

Not working at least since 98.1p1:

. First image (included with an epsfig command) is displayed with
an extra ``1'' on its left. However, if LATEX2HTMLis run twice
(reusing images), this gets fixed (see appendix A).

. When using option -tmp /tmp, images included (at least with)
epsfig doesn't get converted (see appendix B).

Note: Some of this problems seem to get fixed when using
``-debug'', but not always (minor modifications in the source file
may cause the images to appear or disappear wihen using
     ``-debug'' in addition to ``-tmp''.

Dirty fix: Everything seems to go pretty well if I put
pstoimg_nopipes in the place of pstoimg. In this case, -tmp
/tmp works well. Perhaps pipes are not woring as expected under
Linux? Perhaps pstoimg_nopipes should be the one used in
     Linux systems?

New problems in this version

. Translation of \def seems to fail, at least in some conditions. See
     appendix D.

. Chapter 5 of the manual (userman.tex) is missing from the
HTML version of the manual (not the DVI version, when manual
is built according to instuctions (make manual.dvi, make
     manual.html.

. If within an htmlonly environment is used a package which
doesn't exists as LaTeX package, the LaTeX run for making
figures fails (it doesn't find the LaTeX package). See appendix E.

. When the caption fo a figure has accents or non-english
characters, LATEX2HTMLcannot find a matching figure number
     for it (see appendix F).
