latex2html: Where can I get the patch for this..?

I remember some conversation about this bug, but not the upshot.

   % pwd
   /x/users/dany/l2h/sample/myicc/zilch

   % latex2html t.tex -dir=/x/users/dany/demo/myicc
   This is LaTeX2HTML Version 98.1p1 release (March 2nd, 1998)
        [...]
   Couldn't remove ./TMP/ : File existsCannot read 
/x/users/dany/l2h/sample/myicc/zilch/myicc.tex 

Where can I get the patch?
