Testing l2h98_1p7 with HTML 3.2 I found only one minor point:
\begin{center} ... \end{center} inside figures is ignored.
Improvments compared to p5 I have found:
1) Ordering of footnotenumbers when using footnotemark / footnotetext is
now correct.
2) minipages are now handled with tables, looks better, but there are the
usual problems with finding the right WIDTH of the table.
Some remaining problems:
1) I often use minipages with \begin{minipage} ... \end{minipage} \hfill
\begin{minipage} ... \end{minipage} to align textboxes. This LaTeX feature
is not supported in l2h. Can this be solved by putting the new
minipage-tables in one or more surounding tables?
2) One problem with footnotes remains (no idea how to solve this):
When used inside displaymath-environments the footnotemarker is part of
the image, the footnote finds its way into footnode.html, but without
any connection to the marker.
