The release posted as l2h98_2dos.tar.gz at Darmstadt is misleadingly named: it is a general release (a beta release which I numbered beta5) valid for ALL systems, namely UNIX, MSWin32 and DOS/DJGPP. This release if also available at ftp://ftp.lps.u-psud.fr/pub/latex2html/l2h_982_beta5.tar.gz There is a release for DOS (with additional executables) at ftp://ftp.lps.u-psud.fr/pub/pc/latex2ht/982b5dos.zip This latter one works for DOS/DJGPP.
