Hi,
I just downloaded the most recent 98.2beta5 version of latex2html.
One problem I am having is that the following (in book style, if that
matters) LaTeX fragment seems to produce very strange html:
\begin{itemize}
\item a term$_{\hbox{h}}$ is a term which is the head of the clause.
\item a term$_{\hbox{h}}$(N) is a term_h of maximum precedence N.
\item a term$_{\hbox{g}}$ is a term which is a goal (body) of the clause.
\item a term$_{\hbox{g}}$(N) is a term_g of maximum precedence N.
\item a term$_{\hbox{a}}$ is a term which is an argument of a compound term or a list.

The contents of the hbox comes out wrong: $_{\hbox{h}}$ comes out as ~=,
etc., all as gifs. $PK_GENERATION is set to 1 in my latex2html.config,
previously when it was set to 0 I had other font problems.
