Hi,

  When I use segmentation and hence \segment{..}{chapter}{Title}
instead of \chapter{Title} everything works fine ... except
if Title has maths in it e.g.

Suppose we have \newcommand{\R}{\mathbb{R}} and Title is

     Maps from $\R^m$ to $\R^n$

then in a segmented document the $\R^m$ and $\R^n$ disappear
(replaced with <!-- MATH >) ... but there is no problem
in the unsegmented document using LaTeX's \chapter.
I tested the above with both versions 98.1p1 and 98.1p4.

Is there a work-around for this? I've just spent half a day
making it a segmented document, I'd hate the effort to be wasted.

On a not unrelated note ... I have noticed occasionally
that in images.tex, $\mathbb{R}$ and the like are initially
translated to $\@mathbb{R}$ resulting in a complaint from
LaTeX before essentially translating it as if it were $mathbb{R}$
... but later on in images.tex the correct $\mathbb{R}$ occurs
... and so far as I can tell LaTeX2HTML knows to toss the bodgy
$\@mathbb{R}$ images and take the $\mathbb{R}$ ones instead.
(In several cases where this occurred correct HTML output was produced.)
Is there method to this apparent madness?

  Regards,
  Greg Gamble
