I've had the very same problem, and I have not yet figured out
what's going on. In my case, the problem was compounded as l2h
occasionally fell into an endless loop, processing the sections
over and over. Could there be some accidental recursive thing
going on here?
BTW: my (half-baked) solution so far has been to copy the root document
and manually \input{} each subfile into one BIG file (I'm gonna
wear out those <ctrl-x><ctrl-i> bindings!) It's not at all a
pretty solution, especially when you've got lotsa *.eepic files
going on!
Any ideas out there?
