Please run latex2html with the "-debug" option. The offending
ppmtogif command should be printed. Send that one together with
the output beginning with the pstoimg command.
Which version of ppmtogif do you have? It's not possible to say
just from the executable, but please make sure that you have
netpbm-1mar1994p1.
