I have applied the following in LaTex

The orientation of the plate as will be presented is to facilitate the
ensuing analysis is shown in Fig.\ref{fig 3.2}.

 \caption{Positioning of Steel Plate}
 \label{fig 3.2}
\end{figure}


with the intent to force the diagram on the position in the writing where
I've called it.

But I am getting my figures at the end of the chapter (using /include for
each chapter).

What should I alter to enable me to position the figures in the desired
position rather than the pile-up that I have at the end?
