I've recently started using latex2html and I have not been able to
figure out how to set the background color of the resulting HTML
document, like you would normally do with e.g. <BODY bgcolor="#fafacf">.
I guess the more general question is how to specify those optional
parameters to the <BODY> tag. Is there an easy way?
