latex2html: Darmstadt repository & date problem

Dear all,

just to let you know that in the Darmstadt reprository
  http://cdc-server.cdc.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de/latex2html/
all the files are date 1st jan of 1970. This makes it
difficult to keep track of the latest devel version...
