The CVS server was offline for awhile, but is back now.
That part is working correctly.
It seems that the Web server is having an aberration concerning the
creation-dates,
as you noticed. The files themselves are OK --- I just did an rlogin to
check this.
Hopefully Jens will read this message soon and arrange for the Web-server to be
fixed, or restarted, or whatever is needed.
Meanwhile...
...the most up-to-date V98.2 beta is still beta8 ,
which is only available in the l2h-devel.tar.gz archive.
It hasn't changed since late September.
As yet it does *not* include the updated frames.perl .
Sorry, I've been far too busy to have devoted time to updating the repository.
Our teaching semester ends next week, so maybe I'll update it then.
