HTMLcode converts filenames to lowercase. This inhibits the reference of
files with names
containing uppercase characters, a feature that is definititelz needed
in a Unix environment.

See input file bug.tex the attached Makefile and the resulting HTML
file.

How can I circumvent or fix?

Bug report: HTMLcode converts Filenames to Lowercase

In the following construct using the macro HTMLcode the uppercase ``MO'' is converted to lowercase in the filename MO.txt.
