Well, the problem was: an image (just before the
apparent problem) was not created, and after that the
following images were generated in bad sequence, each
image coming in place of the following one.
The offending image was too big, and generated the
        following diagnostics :

(->/usr/local/home/bloch/Cours/Algo/Jeu-d-essai/Html/l2h25533/image018)
<texc.pro><special.pro><color.pro>[18<Images/Memoire/chirurgie2.epsi>]

        ...

Writing img18.gif
Writing img19.gif
Writing img21.gif
Writing img13.gif
pstoimg: Conversion failed: Illegal seek

Error while converting image: No such file or directory

        ...

Failed to convert image
/usr/local/home/bloch/Cours/Algo/Jeu-d-essai/Html/l2h25533/image017.ps

Putting [scale=0.8] in the \includegraphics command
        solved the problem.
When Ross Moore told me very kindly to send him the
files with the problem, I prepared a subset of my documents
to make debugging more easy, and in the fact the bug
appeared. It is an illustration of the usefullness of such
a list: explaining the problem to others helps to solve it.

           Thanks a lot.
