Today I committed some minor changes and bug-fixes  to LaTeX2HTML,
identified over the past month or so.

I've renamed it to  V99.1 (alpha) .

There are still some suggestions from Uli that I want to
incorporate. If you are ready to adds stuff that is well tested,
then do so.

If it isn't stable, then do *not* add it.

A stable version can go onto the TeXLive4 CD,
but we have to approach Sebastian Rahtz first.
