A possible bug or the there may be an option to avoid the problem.
if you have say
\graphicspath{{../eps}} in your document with the the graphics
package then when you come to latex images.tex it cannot
find the postscript figures.
Obviously you can set an absolute path but it would be nice if
non absolute paths could be used. On the whole great though.
