The latest update is dated today, March 11.
l2h-devel.tar.gz
It is very hard to get an rlogin at this time,
(evening in Australia, mid-morning in Germany)
so I haven't rebuilt l2h-latest.tar.gz yet.
Besides, there are still a couple of small developments that
I'd like to make.

If you want to copy v98.2 beta8 to your site
and call it v98.2 , then that's fine by me.
