Thank you for your time and reply.

I used \cfrac but not with \endcfrac.  After changing all instances of
this command to \frac everythings fixed.

I will send you examples about \cfrac \lcfrac and \rcfrac as you requested
as soon as time permit.

I am also going to send another posting for news group with LaTeXCleaner
as subject.  Please, send your comment on that.
