I'm using LaTeX on Linux, and need a program that will let me print on 11 X 17 sheets with 4 letter size pages. The problem is splicing pages together so that multiple sheets have correctly numbered pages when combined and saddle stitched. I know that I can divide a .dvi into pages using dvips, but how do I splice two ps files into one? The printer is HP 8100DN duplex printer. TIA David Smead
