I would be very interested in the results of applying Darrell's comprehensive instructions, because if they solve this longstanding problem, then, with Darrell's permission, I would like to add them to http://www.mayer.dial.pipex.com/l2h.htm. I know there are a lot of frustrated users trying to get Latex2html to work on Windows and this could be what they are looking for.
