Instead of newest-to-oldest ordering, perhaps collapse by default all
comments except the most recent. For example:
Foo Bar wrote 4 minutes ago:
This looks sus... can you look into it Henry?
+ Add comment
becomes
|> 1 previous comment
Foo Bar wrote just now:
I'm blacklisting this because of foo and bar.
+ Add comment
and then becomes
|> 2 previous comments
Foo Bar wrote just now:
Oh, I forgot something.
