Looks good to me. We talked a bit on IRC about how it would be nice to have an estimate of how much email someone will get when they subscribe. You said you'd ask around to see how difficult it was and then maybe get someone to do a spike. As such, I've added that as a nice-to-have. Nothing moved from nice-to-have to out-of-scope.
