We lose track of origin information when we merges translations between a ProductSeries and a SourcePackage. Afterward, we can no longer tell whether a translation suggestion was provided on the SourcePackage or the ProductSeries. If the same text was suggested on both sides, then information about one of the submitters is lost. This really only matters if the Packaging is deleted. Since we lack origin information, each side will retain a copy of each suggestion and each shared translation.
