We should have the primary download be in PyPI for Python packages, IMO.  We 
can duplicate in LP for pride's sake if desired, but meanwhile, the rest of the 
Python world uses PyPI to host their packages, so let's use PyPI.

It sounded like Robert was OK with this plan, if not necessarily this line of 
reasoning, in another thread.
