+1. LP doesn't allow metadata links to other download sites, so I
think we should *either* clearly state that downloads are on <url> in
the project descriptions on Launchpad, *or* upload to both Launchpad
and PyPI. (Perhaps the ProductReleaseFinder could rescue us here and
maintain mirrored releases automatically).
