The plan *estimate* can tell you how many branches there are likely to be. However, note that *personal* bug pages -do not- show numbers, at all. Only *project/distro* pages do. This was a factor in the proposal to make the change - its actually more consistent. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/~lifeless for instance - no numbers.
