Just noticed another method for getting the keys that should probably be included. when you go to a person's profile page in launchpad, if they have a registered key it shows up under the "Contact details" with the heading "OpenPGP keys:". https://launchpad.net/~sra click link "8636C7AE" right click "8636C7AE", select "save link as", use the name "lookup.htm" you would need to include similar details to those needed with pgp.mit.edu for importing into gpg after download, i.e., `gpg --import lookup.htm`
