I can confirm this. It's happened Tom Haddon as well. last night I
reworked a number of the users and permissions to see if this would fix
this, but it didn't. This appears to be related to a bug in our
version and will be solved by bug #219891 which is an existing request
(with RT ticket) to update WP due to the security holes.
