All right, in the name of consistency I cleaned up a bunch of bits of Branch (mainly BzrIdentityMixin) to match the corresponding newer code in GitRepository/GitIdentityMixin, and introduced Branch.shortened_path which lacks the lp: prefix. bzr_branch_path for this branch would now be "~cjwatson/launchpad/bzr-webhooks", or for the target of this merge proposal would be "launchpad".
