That's correct. > So if someone made 25 suggestions on only one package, there will only > be one translation shown for the guy. Unusable for me to judge the > quality of contribution. "This patch was done over a lot of WEEKEND work and all I got was this lousy email" :-) More seriously, this page originally was a big performance problem for people with many translations. It is essentially a list of templates that the person has touched; I had the idea of then adding the latest translation the person had done to that template. That information is easily available. Getting all the translations a person has done for that template is a next step, but it's a lot more work. I discussed this with Salgado and we have some ideas of how to navigate and display this, but I still need to bring this up to a larger audience, because there are additional ways into which this can expand -- do we want to be able to see /and/ review or fix translations done by that person in the same step? Or is a read-only UI sufficient here, and reviewing per-person should be done elsewhere? We're getting to that point now -- but I needed to first unbreak the page in order to allow us to go any further. -- Christian Robottom Reis | http://async.com.br/~kiko/ | [+55 16] 3376 0125 -- launchpad-users mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/launchpad-users
