I'm sorry you are having trouble with preparing a source package for upload to your PPA. I know that there are a lot of details around naming and versioning in creating proper deb packages and it took me a while to learn as well.
However, emailing this list with your current attitude/tone is not going to get you any help. I suggest you try to reformulate your mail in the form of a question that we on the launchpad-users list can help with. Or, if you are unhappy with how a part of Launchpad works, I suggest you draft a proposal for how to change it to be better (and be prepared to provide developer time to work on the proposal). Be forewarned though, a suggestion to disable the versioning checks for PPA uploads needs to be accompanied by much better rationale than you have provided so far.
