A cousin who was a cop in St. Louis had his apartment burglarized. The
detectives took him and his wife around to pawnshops so that they would have
an early chance to buy some of their stuff back. The burglars were never
caught. As usual.
Some might like to realize that the police themselves have to live with
crime too.
