I think I'd be more insulted if I was a surviving family member of one of
the lawyers who got killed in that plane crash and I read your subject
line of "A good start" where you posted the story about it. Very poor
taste, IMO. Are we dealing with another double standard here? Think
about it.
In the meantime, I'm going to pop open another cold Budweiser. BTW, I
see you put a cc on this note to the All things Considered list. But if
someone here replies to all don't they have to be a subscriber to that
list for the note to go there?
Perhaps you made a mistake. Or are you copying all your law list notes
to All Things Considered? In any case, I deleted the cc.
