I think I'd be more insulted if I was a surviving family member of one of
the lawyers who got killed in that plane crash and I read your subject
line of "A good start" where you posted the story about it. Very poor
taste, IMO. Are we dealing with another double standard here? Think

someone here replies to all don't they have to be a subscriber to that

Perhaps you made a mistake. Or are you copying all your law list notes
