The rocker, 35, was arrested in February after his wife called police. The former "Baywatch" starlet, 30, had a broken fingernail and red marks on her back, police said. She filed for divorce within days of the attack. Judge Lawrence Mira said Lee will spend between six as 12 months in jail, followed by three years of probation for the no contest plea. In return, charges of child abuse and unlawful possession of a firearm will be dropped. Sentencing was set for May 20. "I'm very proud of Tommy," Pam Anderson said outside the courtroom. "I'm happy that he took responsibility for this.
