Is 3.2.2 the version you have been using in your apps? If it is, is there any problem I better be aware of?
Generally the latest version (if it is not new major version) should be more stable. This is the latest I have found : http://www.ap-i.net/pub/sqlite/. Have you tried to compile Sqlite from source?
