Sqlite wince project is obsolete, the wince code is now merged in the
main sqlite.
You can get the latest version source from sqlite.org and compile for wince.
I have put here the version I use for my project, arm binary, source
and visual studio project:
http://www.ap-i.net/pub/sqlite/
To use the library just copy to the same directory as the exe and
LoadLibrary((sqlite3.dll) work without problem.
