There will be a widgetset for the browser, but it will not do everything the LCL/VCL does.
I was thinking that maybe it could be possible to use Gecko embedded or Chromium Embedded Framework to debug and/or design from lazarus . In fact the last 2 - 3 days I was doing some research in that direction ....
