VCL. No idea how they did it, but I was very impressed with that.
I can't remember the name of that add-on though. Michael van Canneyt
might remember what I'm talking about.
Unigui or raudus. The latter even works with Lazarus.

The problem with this approach is that they are stateful on the server.
