I use Object Pascal (mostly FPC, some old Delphi) in production tomake real applications. But we
are seeing more and more "newframeworks", "new technologies" and new languages
that are become morerelevant.
What do you think?

We are, but for in-house services rather than selling stuff for outside use.

If challenged I call it a 4GL, in the vein of the 4GLs that were popular in the late 80s and early 90s. It's an exceptionally good tool for certain types of job, and the fact that it is descended from Pascal is irrelevant.
