A third solution:
Include mocAnyCharOrNone in DefaultMaskOpCodes.
It is very unlikely that this will cause regressions, since in the old
implementation [?] would only match a literal '?'.

Then, setting wqFilenameEnd in Quirks on TWindows* should implicitely
acitvate mocAnyCharOrNone...
