I have found only the source code of the IDE:
/usr/lib/lazarus/0.9.28/ide/startlazarus.lpr and lpi
It looks it isn't compiled Right?
I supposed that the DEB packaging will do all the job for me. Do I have
to compile it or something?

Hi,
I just upgraded from Lazarus .26 to .28 (Ubuntu). However, no shortcut was
created on my desktop or in my Start menu?
How can I run Lazarus?
There are about 50MB in /lib/lazarus folder, but I don't know which file is
the actual program to run.
Look for:
lazarus-ide
or
startlazarus
