More bad news: I wanted to install Lazarus using the RPM packages. I got
this:
Could not start process rpm
Make sure that the rpm binary are installed properly on your system..
Did you force installation or not? If not,
lazarus-ide_0.9.28-0_i386.deb is not installed and you don't have
executables.
Download the tar with fp deb packages too.
Or configure to use the Ubuntu repo:
