Hmm don't quite understand the question. In lNet exists:
* a webserver serves http protocol
* a handler serves the .php extension
* this handler talks to a php daemon via the fast cgi protocol
So it contains a fastcgi "client" interface so it can talk to a php daemon.
Does that explain?
