Some multiplataform installers:
InstallJammer (OpenSource)
InstallBuilder (Comercial, but permits free license for OpenSource projects)
I use InstallBuilder (only for Linux) in my OpenSource Project (ACBr), for
Windows, InnoSetup is a natural choice for "Pascal programmers"

The one I know about is called FlexNet, by ROVI (previously MacroVision). It
does support multiple platforms including Linux:

but is a big league mega buck solution. Four years back when I inquired about
cost, it was several thousands of dollars.
