OK, Qt was a licensing issue - I understand that now. Thanks for
pointing that out. Still doesn't explain why LCL-GTK2 doesn't jump to
supporting a lot new version of GTK2 as minimum.
The reason Qt jumped, was the license, and that is the reason it won't
jump in the future, like gtk and winapi doesn't.
