I worked for a long time as a fulltime employee for a small company (<20 employees), yet I lived in a different country. I didn't see a problem with that, neither did the company. That same company had developers based in Canada, UK, South Africa and Thailand. The owner of that company thought it was GREAT, because that meant he had 24hrs a day, developers working on the projects. So turn-around time for anything was really quick! Client reports a bug at 15:00, company schedules the task for the employee where the sun is rising and by 08:00 the next morning, the client has the bug solved. :) Regards, - Graeme - -- fpGUI Toolkit - a cross-platform GUI toolkit using Free Pascal http://fpgui.sourceforge.net/ -- _______________________________________________ Lazarus mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailman/listinfo/lazarus
